Reason 1: The strong vibration and impact of hydraulic oil during production work will cause the threads of the hydraulic pipe joints of excavator accessories to loosen and cause oil leakage, so the tightness of the pipe joints should be checked regularly.

Reason 2: Strong vibration during production. If the material of the hydraulic pipe joint of the excavator accessories does not meet the standard, vibration marks will appear at the 60-degree or 74-degree connection seal, causing oil leakage. At this time, the restraint effect is invalid because the seal has been damaged.

Reason 3: The sealing rings and oil seals of the excavator accessories age or are damaged during work and oil leakage occurs due to the influence of working time and environment. At this time, new accessories must be replaced, otherwise it will affect the work during work or emergency repair tasks. If you use them as is, there will be safety hazards because the temperature of the hydraulic oil will be very hot during work.

Reason 4: The occurrence of excavator oil leakage may be related to the excavator operator's daily operation and use of the excavator. Therefore, in order to avoid the occurrence of excavator parts oil leakage, the excavator operator must use the excavator in accordance with the prescribed requirements during daily operation and use, and do a good job of daily excavator maintenance to reduce the occurrence of excavator oil leakage.
